At Picky Pads, we want you to be completely satisfied with your fashion finds, which is why we offer a 30-day window for hassle-free returns and exchanges. Please ensure all items are unworn, unwashed, and include their original tags to be eligible for a full refund.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack your items in their original packaging and include the packing slip provided in your digital return confirmation.

  Ship It Back

  Affix the prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location within 7 days of starting your request.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned items, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5 to 10 business days.
